Mr Sathish M Bcom, FCA, Grad CS - Founding Partner

Sathish M is a dynamic and accomplished Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and business advisor with over 15 years of distinguished experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Audits, Financial Planning, and Corporate Compliance. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), a DISA-certified professional by ICAI, and holds multiple certifications in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD), Concurrent Audit of Banks, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), Public Finance & Government Accounting, Internal Audit, and Anti-Money Laundering.

Graduating from St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore, Sathish’s career has spanned leading roles in global organizations like Dell, CGI, Oracle, and KPMG. As a Quality Assessor for Hewlett Packard projects, he managed large-scale compliance and audit processes across North America, UK, and EMEA regions.
