Mr Sathish M Bcom, FCA, Grad CS - Founding Partner

Sathish M is a graduate from St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), DISA (ICAI), Company Secretary, Certified in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD), Certified in Concurrent Audit of Banks, Anti-Money Laundering Specialist etc. He is the founding partner of M/s Sathish M & Co.
He has more than 15 years of overall experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Audits, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Financial Controls Audit, Internal Controls & Testing, Accounts Receivables, Forensic Audit, Cyber Security Audit and MIS Reporting having worked for captive units of major Trans National Companies like Dell Inc., CGI (erstwhile Logica), Oracle, KPMG for Hewlett Packard Project as a Quality Assessor covering North America, UK, EMEA regions.
Areas of functional expertise include Internal Audit, Bank Audit, Forensic Audit, Systems Audit, Stock Audit, Revenue Audit, Fixed Asset Verification, Corporate Compliance related matters, Direct Taxes, VAT, Service Tax and GST.

Mr Murugesh N Bcom, FCA - Senior Partner

Murugesh N is a graduate from Bangalore University, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), CGMA - CIMA UK, IFRS & GST certified, SAP R/3 FICO certified. He is the Senior Partner of M/s Sathish M & Co since December 2019.

He has more than 20 years of overall experience of which 15 years post qualification experience both in India and abroad covering both services and manufacturing sectors demonstrating prominent skills in Financial Operations and Consulting, Fund Management, Investment Analysis, Appraisal & Advisory, Strategic Planning, Management Accounting, Statutory & Legal Compliances, Treasury Operations, Banking functions in various industry verticals; adept in designing and implementing Corporate Policies & Procedures, Specialized in Direct Taxes Certification and Advisory, Transfer Pricing Certification.
